Refund Policy

Strategy Session ($195)
Full refund if requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed session. No refund once the session has begun or has occurred. If you decide to move forward with a Transformation package within 14 days, your session fee is credited toward that engagement (see credit code in your receipt).
Transformation Packages ($995 / $1,495)
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, because the reservation blocks calendar time and starts project set-up. If you cancel before the kickoff meeting, we will refund the deposit minus a $195 admin fee. Fees for milestones already completed are non-refundable.
Monthly Partnership ($295/month)
Cancel any time. You retain access and delivery through the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded. You can cancel by emailing tydie@calltydie.com.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We will always work with you to resolve a concern before you file a chargeback with your bank.
How to request a refund
Email tydie@calltydie.com with your name, order or session date, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
