Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of calltydie.com and any services, deliverables, subscriptions, or products (collectively, “Services”) provided by Tydie Sutton dba Call Tydie (“Call Tydie,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing a Service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services and Scope
Services are described on the relevant page (Strategy Session, Transformation packages, Monthly Partnership, or similar). Deliverables, timeline, and scope are agreed in writing before work begins. Additional work outside that scope is billed separately at then-current rates.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout. We use Stripe as our payment processor; by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. All amounts are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund policy is available on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the deliverables produced specifically for your project for the purposes agreed in writing. Call Tydie retains ownership of underlying methodologies, templates, code libraries, and know-how. Third-party assets remain licensed under their original terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and any required access. Delays caused by missing information may extend timelines or trigger re-scoping.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the Services.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant specific business results. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Tydie’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work completed through the termination date are non-refundable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
